“Friendly staff! Excellent breakfast buffet, evening family movie in the pool area. Great location for shuttle. ”

“This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage. Only “complaint” would be the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you were in the bathroom while someone was sleeping the whole room was bright from the bathroom light. The room itself had blackout curtains though which was nice. ”

“Very clean facility with excellent staff inclduing cleaning staff. It is so close to Cherokee Orchard road and Roaring Fork Road. This close proximity allowed us to do several popular waterfall hikes within 10-15 mins of driving. Also, the location is very close to Newfound Gap road. Every pooular trails were wihin 35 mins for driving. It is only .8 miles from where the restaurants are. If your stay is for doing hikes at GSM NP, then I highly recommend this Hampton location. I would avoid……

“Very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was no better or worse than other hotels in this price range. The nightly rate was less than I would expect for a place this nice. We will be back ”
