“They have to clean better the rooms”

“Such a beautiful property. Ample parking. Great amenities. Great location. Meals at the Conroux were divine!”

“Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached……

“On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional.”
