“Aufgrund des Gestank nach Zigarettenrauch, würde ich das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Zudem hatten wir noch ein anderes Hotel in Sofia, dass ähnlich viel kostete und deutlich moderner und angenehmer war. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht. Auf die Beschwerde, dass es nach Zigaretten im Raum riecht hat man nur geantwortet, dass bestimmt ein anderer Gast auf dem Balkon unter dem Zimmer raucht... Der Gestank war aber so penetrant in dem Raum und auch in das Bettzeug gezogen, dass es nur……

“The location has easy access to a bus stop (right out in front of it) lots of food options within a 15 minute walk. Some parts of my room were updated with a more modern look. Just others had remains of what once was. There were 3 wall mounted light sources, non of which worked. The clothing cabinet doors were not set right (off the sliding hinge) and the mirror one had several cracks. The bathroom ceiling had outlines and stain evidence of mold that had been painted over. The daily cleaning……

“Staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was secluded and pleasant. The Sky Bar is excellent with fantastic views over the city and to the surrounding mountains.”

“A lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful . Place was very clean. I only gave 4 stars because there are areas that do need attention . The pool was amazing but the jacuzzi didnt really work. Its also apart of the pool . Pool was cold which meant the jacuzzi is cold too no heat . The steam room unbelieveable tho. They do have a top terrace that needs so much attention such a mess i can imagine it was great once but they havent maintained it and could be a pinacle of the place . . Breakfast was……

“Insgesamt kein Best Western Standard. Unfreundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Die Tischdecken im Früstücksraum waren sehr dreckig. Es gab nur Toast oder pappelige weiße Brötchen, keine Körnerbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles da. Bei Abreise um 4 Uhr morgens gab es keine Frühstücksbox mit der frechen Bemerkung ich hätte ja keine geordert. Wenn ich mich um 4 Uhr wecken lasse und ein Taxi bestelle, gehe ich davon aus, da es noch kein Frühstück gibt, das man mir etwas anbietet.”

“Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view……

“This is a new hotel with modern facilities, bathrooms, lighting, etc. Very helpful reception staff. Close to the M2 Blue line Metro station”

“Super clean and comfortable hotel, AC was a bit wonky, would not come on and often I would have to get the front desk to reset it, and phone has no direct call to front desk, had to always go down to the lobby to talk to them. Otherwise it was superb.”
