"If it is a full service hotel, receptionist can help me check in. If it is a rental apartment, I will expect some household appliances. There are no household appliances in this place, and no one waiting there for my checking in. Lara has three rental apartments on the third floor of a residential building. It's hard to find it for newcomers. Luckily, several good neighbors led me and even called the apartment owner (there wasn't a phone number available for this location when I booked this place). I waited 10 minutes outside the apartment until the owner appeared. A good thing is that after I ask, the owner delivered a kettle to the apartment so that I can make tea and coffee. The best of this apartment is its location. The tram station is just outside the building door, where you can easily go to the city center or Zagreb bus station."

"Hotel was clean, room was larger than expected, staff helpful. Airport shuttle was on time, the ride is about 8 minutes door to door in a low traffic area. This is a great stay to be near the airport, the surroundings are airport facilities and post office, etc, it is not a place to stay on vacation but rather a place for the airport. Breakfast was complete, the restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner. Cost was very reasonable. Would certainly recommend this airport hotel."

"Front desk staff were nice and welcoming. No noise issues. Nice clean room, in between the old town and the airport which is what we wanted, since we only had one day in Zagreb. King bed was not as comfy, could feel every movement of each other, and the room was a bit warm (we couldn’t turn the temperature down any lower than 21 Celsius). However, it was an overall comfortable stay."
