Constructed in 1915, this remarkable edifice once thrived as the local grocery store and social center during the 1900s. Situated in proximity to the Southern Pacific railroad, guests can relish the picturesque sight of passing trains. Additionally, the renowned Butterfield Station, a significant historic landmark, lies nearby. While the connected country store is presently undergoing renovations, occasional construction work may occur during daytime hours only.

Our charming home in Dragoon, AZ is equipped with modern comforts to ensure a delightful stay. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the cool breeze provided by the mini-split air conditioner, while in winter, they can cozy up by the Harmon Pellet Stove. With a book in hand, guests can relish the tranquil atmosphere and watch the trains pass by through the window.
