Rural Villa with great local amenities

Lovely villa overlooking the countryside, very peaceful and secluded but still within a 10 minute drive of everything you need. Good transport links to tourist hotspots and only an hour from Nice airport. Big pool, amazing fruit trees and good sized bedrooms. The hosts were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly and always available to make sure our trip was a success. Would thoroughly recommend!

The villa is amazing, laid out well with lots of space both indoors and outside. The pool area is clean and very relaxing, even has a pull over roof so you can still use the pool no matter what the weather. The balcony of a late afternoon/evening is glorious to relax on in the evening sunshine with a nice glass of something cold. Jean-Marc and Fabrice are extremely welcoming, with complimentary toiletries (even to the extent of having your name printed on the ribbon of the packaging), wine and a bottle of water ready and waiting for you in the fridge after a long drive.

Summer in Draguignan

The excellent swimming pool was an absolute essential in a very hot August. It was particularly helpful to have the roof which could be pulled across the pool to shield the children from UV exposure. The pool was well maintained by our host and he was very welcoming and attentive to all our queries and little problems especially when we needed an extra bed Thank you Jean Marc. The position was great with good views and accessible to beaches lakes and the Gorge.

Jean Marc and his colleague Fabrice were the perfect hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. The villa is a little tired and could use a bit of attention but this did not spoil our stay in any way and the attention of our hosts was quite super.

Perfect!

A most beautiful, tranquil and picturesque villa and surroundings. The views are magnificent and quite breathtaking. The villa is well equipped and the swimming pool and surrounding pool area is superb. The hosts were charming and extremely kind and made us feel very welcome. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and would highly recommend staying at this delightful villa.

A warm welcome to a lovely villa

We spent a wonderful and memorable week in this lovely villa with our three children and particularly appreciated the warm welcome from the owner who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is lovely, and set in beautiful terraced gardens typical of the region, with plenty of privacy, but a short (5minute) drive from Draguignan where there are all the amenities you would need. It is located between the beautiful Côte d'Azur and the Lac du St-Croix, where we found beaches ideal for swimming and some water sports, and on the doorstep of two National parks, so no lack of natural beauty. At the villa we particularly enjoyed the pool, which was a good size, set on a beautiful terrace and lovely warm water guaranteed by the possibility of the glass cover. Be aware that there is a pool alarm but it is not gated so small children do need to be supervised. Thank you for a most memorable week!

Wonderfull, wonderfull, wonderfull….

We really loved our two weeks in this charming, peaceful, well-equipped house, with the most wonderfull terasse with a view… Even though it was very hot - the nice air condition gave us cool nights and the amazing pool secured refreshing days. The extra refrigerator and freezer in the basement made it possible to have ice and cool drinks availed at all times. And it was also a great benefit to have the car parked inside. Only our teenagers used the fitness-room - but if the temperature had been lower…? The house is near so many places that we would like to visit - we only managed some: the beach, Fréjus, Nice, Monaco, - and some of the small charming villages i.e. Chateaudouble, TourTour and Cotignac and of cause some wine-chateaus. We prioritised a lot of time to spend time in the pool, on the terasse and in the house….. So we might have to come back……and see the rest😜 Jean Marc and Fabrice were so helpful and kind - and we we could not ask for better hosts.

Très bonne vacances,maison dans son jus mais très agréable, climatisé, plusieurs Terrasses disponible afin de pouvoir être a l'ombre toutes la journée,très grande piscine avec un éclairage qui entour la zone de baignade, figuier , citronnier a disposition,bref de très bon moment passé la bas ,nous y reviendrons sans hésitation, et jean marc est très sympa ,un Super acceuil avec cadeau de bienvenue,très soucieux du bien être de ses vacanciers.Bonne continuation

Ich kann die Villa sehr empfehlen. Sie ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Der Pool wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufgefüllt. Der Vermieter Jean- Marc ist super nett, hat sich via WhatsApp immer angekündigt und hat uns bei Fragen immer zur Seite gestanden oder geholfen. Die Lage und Umgebung ist ein Traum. Die Nachbarn sind auch alle sehr freundlich, haben immer zugewunken oder kamen auf zwei Worte.

1a-Betreuung

Das Haus bzw. die Villa liegt oberhalb von Draguignan am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, eingewachsen von einem dichten Garten mit vielen Tieren. Begrüßt wird man mit Geschenken (2 Flaschen Wein in einer Einkaufstasche) von den wunderbaren Eignern Jean-Marc und Fabrice, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen und mit denen sich toll ratschen lässt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, und noch viel mehr. Zimmergröße, technische Ausstattung, Geschirr und Besteck, Gewürze, Haushaltsutensilien – alles prima ! Internet (TV mit deutschen Sendern) und Waschmaschine sind selbstverständlich. Zwei Veranden bieten Sonnenschutz zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten. Und dann ist da noch der private Pool – zu unserer Zeit unverzichtbar, egal ob mit Dach oder offen. Wir hatten heiße drei Wochen und konnten uns trotzdem sehr gut erholen.Das Haus ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte an mancher Stelle mal ein Uplifting, aber die Vorteile überwiegen die Nachteile und bei der Betreuung sieht man darüber auch mal weg.

es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt an der Cote d azur. Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig ,. Der Pool auch sehr groß und lädt ein zum schwimmen. Jean Marc und sein Partner sind sehr sehr nette Gastgeber und sind jederzeit hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist die Villa in die Jahre gekommen und man könnte ein paar Sachen erneuern. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und unser Dobermann hat sich richtig wohlgefühlt.

Wunderschöne Familienferien

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben 2 wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in Draguignan verbracht. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr charmant, sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet.Der Ausblick und der Pool sind traumhaft schön. Jean Marc und Fabrice sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber die uns sehr nett empfangen haben und zu jeder Zeit per Whatsapp für Fragen zur Verfügung standen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances au top à Draguignan

Un grand merci à Jean-Marc et à Fabrice pour leur accueil très chaleureux, avec de petits cadeaux pour toute la famille dès notre arrivée et leur bienveillance tout au long du séjour. La maison est très spacieuse, toute équipée, avec même une petite salle de sport avec powerplate, tapis de course, velo heliptique. Et que dire des magnifiques extérieurs entretenus avec amours entre citroniers, figuiers, lavande, lauriers, cactus, aloe vera et le chant des cigales. Une vue splendide de la terrasse avant donnant sur Draguignan. La piscine est très grande, entourée d'arbre sans vis à vis. Une belle maison pour la famille et notre berger australien, de très bons souvenirs, marqués par la gentillesse de notre hôte. A recommander!

Magnifique cadre !

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cette belle villa avec une grande piscine et grand extérieur avec une vue splendide depuis le balcon, ideal pour le petits-déjeuners et le diner, le dejeuner pouvant se faire a l'ombre sur la terrasse côté cuisine. Cadre ideal pour une famille. Et bien situé pour les circuits touristiques Merci au propriétaire Jean-Marc pour son accueil tres sympathique ! Herrlicher Urlaub in der Provence

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Haus, Garten und Pool sorgten für Spaß und Erholung. Die klimatisierten Räume waren sehr angenehm. Draguignan ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Provence. Gern folgten wir dafür auch den Empfehlungen des netten Vermieters. Jean Marc und Fabrice haben sich toll um alles gekümmert und bei kleinen Problemen in Haus und Garten schnell reagiert. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt und war sehr angenehm.

Grande maison tout confort

Nice place to be

Die Villa hat in manchen Bereichen bestimmt bessere Tage gesehen, man spürt jedoch den Flair des südlichen Lebens und fühlt sich dort sehr wohl auch wegen des freundlichen Gastgebers Jean Marc und seinem Begleiter. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Die Bilder aus der Anzeige entsprechen den Gegebenheiten. Der grosszügige Garten mit dem Pool ist traumhaft. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht findet man sie dort.

Je tenais a vous remercier pour votre accueil ,votre gentillesse . Nous venons de passer 7 jours en famille dans cette magnifique villa. Très bien équipée, très propre. Mr Belgrano et son équipe sont adorables, prévenants en restant d'une extrême discrétion. Un cadeau de bienvenue attend les vacanciers. Très proche des commerces (Intermarché, primeur, boulanger, etc...). La piscine et l'extérieur sont supers le jour comme la nuit (piscine et jardin éclairés). Grande surprise à notre arrivéeVilla beaucoup plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos. Nous avons été reçu très très chaleureusement par le propriétaire. une semaine trop courte malheureusement.
