Provencal house in small village

Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice.

Lieu calme et reposant. Le logement est fonctionnel. Les extérieurs sécurisés et arborés. La piscine est bien entretenue (non utilisation de produits solaires). Absence du jacuzzi toujours en réparation (sans dédommagement).Prendre en compte que la propriétaire réside sur le même terrain. Barbara est soucieuse de bien vous accueillir.

Très calme même un peu trop

Superbe semaine chez Barbara, tout y étais ! Super propre ça c’est sure à 1000% et très bien agencé comme on aime ! mais pour exactitude de l’annonce il faut prendre conscience que Barbara vie tout proche de la maison en location, sur le même terrain à partager et qu’il faut respecter les règles de cohabitation ( éviter la musique trop forte en pleine journée et autre ou tout ce qui pourrais déranger…) nous sommes un couple de 35 et 38 ans et sommes partis avec nos enfants de 14,11 et 8 ans. Nous remercions Barbara pour son accueil et sa gentillesse même si nous aurions vraiment aimer nous sentir « Libre » durant ce séjour où nous avons passés toutes nos économies.

Petite maison et équipements complets, très bien entretenus et très propres. Idéal pour se ressourcer et se dépayser. Tout est pensé de sorte à ce qu'il nous manque de rien. Nous y avons passé un agréable et confortable séjour avec les enfants.

De tuin is werkelijk een mini paradijsje. Het huisje is kraaknet en cosy. De eigenares woont in een huis naast en staat altijd klaar om te helpen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ste Anastasie, Barbara est une hôte très à l'écoute, bienveillante et d'une grande générosité. La location est parfaite, très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable. L'extérieur est tout aussi agréable avec à disposition piscine, SPA et Hammam très bien entretenus. C'est un vrai petit coin de paradis. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Super Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen sehr sehr nette Viermieterin

Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Ort. Sehr gut für Ausflüge ans Meer oder in die Provence. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit, kümmert sich auch sehr liebevoll um die Kleinen. Wir kommen gern wieder. Fam. Sommer

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Tout est très propre et la maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. La piscine est très agréable, entourée d’un beau jardin. Idéal pour un séjour au calme, un peu isolé si on veut visiter la région.

Accueil très chaleureux, maison bien agencée, rien ne manque, propreté impeccable. Magnifique propriété très bien entretenue., environ clame. La propriétaire, Barbara est une personne charmante, aux petits soins, très attentive à notre confort, discrète et très disponible. Nous avons apprécié ces petits moments de partage et d’échanges. Gorgeous and comfortable!!!

We say thank you, for the wonderful time in this beautiful und perfect holiday home. The landlady Babara gave us a very warm welcome and we immediately felt very comfortable. She was always very helpful and did everything to make our time nice and relaxing. She gave us many excellent tips for our excursions. The house is very nice und comfortable furnished with many extras. Everything you need has been thought of. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The pool was magnificent and the jacuzzi a paradise for those balmy evenings. Thank you dear Barbara, we would love to come back!!!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Handtücher für Pool und Strand waren vor Ort und jedes Zimmer hatte einen Ventilator. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich genutzt, auch der Whirlpool war trotz der hohen Temperaturen am Abend sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin Barbara, die in einem separaten Haus auf dem Grundstück wohnt, pflegt täglich das Grundstück sowie den Pool, so dass alles sehr sauber ist. Sie gab uns viele Tips für Ausflüge in der Umgebung oder auch für weiter entfernte Ziele wie die schönen Lavendelfelder oder die tolle Ausstellung bei Baux de Provence. Die Umgebung ist Natur pur, bestimmt zum Wandern toll, wenn die Temperaturen nicht ganz so hoch sind. Zum Strand fährt man zwischen 40 und 50 min. mit mit dem Auto. Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit!

tolles Haus zum Entspannen

Es war ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns als Familie sehr wohl fühlten. Saubere Ausstattung,alles sehr gepflegt.Der schöne Garten lädt ein um sich zu entspannen Der Pool perfekt geheizt . Außerdem der brilliant warme Whirlpool.Barbara ist eine sehr freundliche, engagierte Besitzerin, die uns mit vielen Ausflugszielen versorgt hat und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours et 3 nuits au sein du magnifique établissement de Barbara. Tout y était absolument parfait en commençant par un accueil extrêmement chaleureux de Barbara qui nous de suite mis très à l’aise . La propreté des lieux est irréprochable et tout est très bien aménagé . Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour car la maison est très bien équipée. La qualité des équipements est un vrai plus chez Barbara .Nous n’aurions pas rêver mieux pour notre petite escapade c’est un véritable havre de paix . Nous remercions encore une fois chaleureusement Barbara pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse ainsi que ses conseils très précieux . Un paradis sur terre

Sur nos 4 semaines passées dans le VAR, celle passée chez Barbara dans sa magnifique demeure était la meilleure. Tout est soigné, maison super équipée, Propreté au Top, à l'image d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, voir plus. Sa présence est un plus, elle a une réponse à tout, et ses conseils sont d'une valeur inestimable. Je ne parle pas du confort de la piscine, hammam et jacuzzi, tout est bien fait, jusqu'aux différentes activités proposées : lavandes, marchés, plages, ...... Si je continue, j'écrirai un livre sur vous, mais en résumé : Bravo Barbara pour l'accueil super chaleureux. Fares, Karima et les 3 enfants

Magnifique séjour et belle rencontre !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette location. La maison est très confortable et l'extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des supberbes vacances; une grande piscine, un jacuzzi et même un hammam 4 places. Barbara (la propriétaire ) est une personne très attachante et très bienveillante, en effet, le gros “plus” de la location est la compagnie de Barbara qui est une femme très cultivée avec laquelle nous avions grand plaisir à discuter. Elle nous a donné des très bon conseils sur les visites et excursions à faire dans la région et surtout elle était aux petits soins pour nous tout en étant discrète. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire des lieux. Logement en excellent état et très bien entretenu. Tout le confort pour passer un moment agréable. Vous n'avez rien à faire qu'à profiter du lieu. La proximité de l'habitation de la propriétaire n'est pas une gêne car cette dernière est d'une grande discrétion. A recommander !!!

La maison est idéale !

Le paradis sur terre

Si vous cherchez la perfection à tous les niveaux, ne cherchez plus, vous l'avez trouvé ! Barbara est l'hôte la plus attentionnée que j'ai connu ! Aux petits soins tout le long du séjour, sait mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée, le cadre est idyllique, mais notre séjour n'en été que meilleur grâce à sa compagnie ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait qu'il y ai tout ce qu'il faut pour bébé jusqu'au jouets et bouées ! La propreté des lieux n'a rien a envier aux plus grands hôtels !
