“When we arrived Mauricio greeted us, helped us check in, and also upgraded our room to the second level for free. The room is super big and clean. There’s a balcony and from it you can see/hear monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and so many more animals. We took walks on the beach and Kenneth helped set up the scuba and snorkel trip we too that picked us up on the beach !!
