"Amii and Tom were such welcoming hosts, and the farmhouse was so cute! We had a great time interacting with the horses, chickens, and goats. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the patio areas with a beautiful view of the mountains. Easy drive to Eaton to access restaurants and grocery store in 10 minutes. "

"This townhome’s location was wonderful, near Windsor Lake and many walking trails. The host was terrific—engaging and responsive to requests. The townhome itself was lovely. Note that this VRBO is not designed for the elderly given the two story layout, low toilets, and lack of a walk in shower. "

"You will not find a more attractive, staged, clean home than this one on VRBO. Lots of natural light and beautiful sunrises. Very quiet and safe neighborhood that is within 15 to 20 minutes of Windsor and Fort Collins. Since there were only two of us, we only used the primary bedroom. The bed in this room is very comfortable.Stacy and her staff that manage the property were very professional, friendly, and prompt in getting back to us with any questions that we had."

"Five stars for the host. Stacy was amazing to work with. We had a sudden death in the family and she was able to get us in the next day, and was flexible with our dates as we navigated heavy emotions. Four stars for the house. It worked for our group both as a place to crash, and as a much needed hangout to meet and share stories. The garage was huge and had a bunch of tables and chairs that we all used. The upstairs was big and open and served our party well.Reason for the four stars instead of five: The unfinished basement should probably be blocked off with a door. We had a member fall down the narrow stairs and the open wires and writing on the walls was a bit creepy. The downstairs was small so there was no table to eat meals at. We sat on the floor or stood at the kitchen counters.Overall, we were so grateful to have the house to be all together. Stacy was quick to respond and very accommodating. The checkout instructions were very easy and we appreciated the ease of renting the house."
