"We loved our stay. Yann and Eva were fantastic hosts, who were very available when needed. The air con was very appreciated. The location was ideal for our young family, being very near the main Juan Les Pains beach, and convenient shops/eateries. Well located for the other attractions of the Cote d'Azur. "The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs.
