"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Rude staff on reception desk and unresponsive from management. There was a fire alarm while we stayed there, and we ended up stuck in an outdoor emergency stairwell with a metal gate that wouldn’t open. After much effort and calling out to other patrons and staff, it opened. We approached front desk to advise of safety concern with the gate in an emergency and the front desk rep was argumentative, rude, mocking and unprofessional. Emailed manager and never heard back. I’d never go back! Upsetting stay. Also if you book this hotel, we paid extra in our reservation for breakfast. Don’t bother prepaying as no one seemed to be asked for their room number and everyone ate breakfast when we were there. "
