Pet friendly. Not corporate or cookie cutter. Very nice breakfast area. Had some games and a couple big tables for groups.staff were so amazing Pool was fun for the kids

Overall not impressed, the property needs major renovations & a face lift. On top of the appearance of the place, the beds were extremely firm. Could hear the elevator all night beeping etc. The door lock itself, wasn’t working, to take safety precautions into our own hands, having to prop a chair on the door. Having to withdraw $300 cash at the ATM to check in as well. No information was told upon check in about breakfast, pool etc. front staff just wanting to coax away as fast as possible.

Bed was terrible, hard as a rock Not the room I booked online 150 deposit we had to give after we prepaid and I didn’t have credit card when checking in Clerk had no idea what to do We have stayed before and wasn’t asked fir 150 We not stay there again

Very friendly and helpful staff, however, both ourselves and my Brother and his family had issues with our rooms. They were able to revolve the issue by offering us a new room, but it’s brought to light that this hotel really needs an upgrade. Our first room had a BROKEN bed. Our daughter sat on the end of it and the headboard end flipped up…. Sit on the headend of the mattress and the foot end would flip up. My brothers room was to be two queen beds and it was a single . Then we went swimming and my husband sat on one of the pool chairs and it snapped beneath him resulting in a cut and abrasions on his inner wrist. That same day, at our second trip to the pool, a lady sliced her toe open on the edge of a sharp piece of tile…. Today my son did the same thing except his injury was on the front of his lower leg. The hot tub wasn’t functioning and appeared to not have been for some time. The saving grace here is definitely the staff. However, for the room rate as it was, this hotel needs a major upgrade.

I'm traveling with an elderly parent. It would be nice to have high toilets and grab bars in bathrooms. We dont need all the features of a fully accessible room. The room otherwise was very comfortable

Check-in is not until 3 pm but when we checked in we received VIP benefits which included early check-in! What good is early check-in when you are not aware of it until you check in. The room upgrade was very nice and the king bed was comfortable. There was no hair dryer (when I went to the desk to get one I was given a wall mounted one. This also happened to friends of ours who were also staying here. Why do they not have the hair dryers mounted?) Also, there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast was average. No fruit available.

I usually don’t write review but I was really impressed with Service Plus hotel. It’s very clean, even in the stairway. The staffs is nice and friendly. Breakfast is good. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were very firm, too firm for our liking, but some people would appreciate that. Wonderful free breakfast in the morning. Overall a very nice hotel if visiting Drayton Valley.
