Die sehr saubere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Straßenbahn (ca 20 Minuten ins Zentrum), 5 Minuten zu Fuß an die Elbe. Die Beschreibung im Internet ist sehr genau und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wenn es uns nochmal nach Dresden "verschlägt ", werden wir die Wohnung wieder anfragen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung alles Tip-Top

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.Alles neu und sauber. Der Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind ganz in der Nähe. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der Straßenbahn) und der Parkplatz war kostenfrei.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in schönem Vorort.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im Vorort Laubegast ist optimal in vieler Hinsicht. Die Straßenbahn fährt und hält direkt in der Österreicher Straße, was jedoch nicht stört. Mit den Linien 4 und 6 ist man spätestens in 20 Minuten im Kulturhistorischen Zentrum. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unproblematisch. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Das örtliche Nahversorgungszentrum mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei usw. liegt direkt um die Ecke. In der Österreicher Straße gibt es weitere Geschäfte. Laubegast ist ein sehr schöner Vorort, mit altem Ortskern, den man auch mal durchbummeln kann. An der Elbe gibt es zahlreiche Gastronomie, man muss also nicht immer weg. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wirklich sehr angenehm. Zu empfehlen !

Vielleicht ein bisschen weit vom Zentrum, 7 bis 8 km. Aber mit Auto oder Straßenbahn ist es kein Problem. Vermieter und Mitarbeiter standen immer zur Verfügung, auch am Anreisetag (Sonntag) und spät. Nette Austausche. Geräumige Wohnung, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre : man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause ! Nichts fehlt. Vielleicht braucht das Wasser ein bisschen Zeit, um früh morgens warm zu werden ? (ein paar Liter verschwendet). Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude, Geschäfte ganz in der Nahe. Aber die Stadt DRESDEN verblüfft einen, mit ihrer Architektur, mit all diesen Bauwerken und Schätzen aus den damaligen Jahrhunderten (auch wenn restauriert) ! Vielen Dank an Herrn Wolf/Mitarbeiter-in-nen/Firma : wir haben so 4 wunderbare Tage in der Elbflorenz (mit unserer älteren Tochter, Studentin an der TU) verbringen können Dr. Pierre Magnuszewski (aus Nordfrankreich)

Klein und gemütlich

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind und einem Baby. Die Wohnung war dafür ausreichend. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Meine Tochter war traurig bei der abreise. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung in unmittelbare Nähe zum Elberadweg

Nagelneue sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und zudem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die stark befahrene Straße mit Straßenbahn. Mit geschlossenem Fenster war aber auch die Nacht kein Problem.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Dresden

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber - wie auf den Bildern versprochen. Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, hatten wir frische Blumen stehen und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Schnelle und einfache Kommunikation. Ganz toll ist der kurze Weg zum Elbufer an dem man wunderschön spazieren kann. Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir länger.
