Sehr schönes Romantik Hotel mit viel Charme. Sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr sauber. Das Hotel kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da doch etwas hochpreisig ( 25€) pro Person. In der Nähe gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei ( Schwerdtner). Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren bereits mehrmals in der Bülow Residenz. Das Hotel steht in der barocken "Innere Neustadt" und die Distanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten diesseits und jenseits der Elbe ist kurz. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer stand uns bereits zwei Stunden vor dem eigentlichen check-in Termin zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer (Superior) war gross, das Bett sehr bequem, es war alles vorhanden, was ein 4-Sterne Hotel ausmacht, u.a. Nespresso-Maschine. Das Haus ist über 30 Jahre alt und hat gewisse Abnützungserscheinungen (Teppich mit Laufspruren), aber die Qualität der Einrichtung ist hochwertig und es ist sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut und in der Residenz selbst war es sehr ruhig, so mit perfekt zum Erholen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Fenster lassen den Straßenlärm durch. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln nur bedingt. Das Zimmer heizt sich bei Sonnenschein schnell auf, aber es gibt nur dicke Bettdecken. Frühstücksauswahl begrenzt und nicht ansprechend dargeboten, alles ist sehr eng und umständlich durch die Schutzglasscheibe. Service ist in allen Bereichen sehr gästeorientiert..

旧市街へ徒歩10分圏内と観光至便でホテル周囲の環境もとても良かった。ホテル室内はとても快適で清潔感もありとてもリラックス出来ました。BullowPalaisホテルの付属ホテルの位置づけで滞在客が少なくホテル内が閑散とした淋しさを感じましたが却って静かで良かったです。ただ夜間はホテルスタッフが誰もいなくなる点治安・安全面ではやや評価は落ちると思います
