「This house was PERFECT for all of us. We had an age range from 5-75. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to break away if needed. The pool was a great size for all of the kids to play. Walk to beach wasn't bad and where you access the beach was not crowded AT ALL (which could have also been the timing of our stay). It was like we had a private beach. We will definitely be back to stay in this house the next time visiting HHI!」

「We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend to watch the Heritage golf tournament! The view from the condo is beautiful, and the boardwalk to Coco’s and the beach is an awesome added benefit! All questions were answered promptly by the host which was much appreciated. This condo was about a 15 minute drive to the restaurants we had on our list and to Sea Pines. The elevator to the building was broken, which is not this property owner’s fault, but caused inconvenient wait times at the other...

「The condo was lovely. The furniture including the bed was comfortable. There were ample dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We enjoyed the location. It was easy to get around the island.」

It has as good of a view of the marsh and beach as you're going to get on HHI without renting a home. Pool, bar, boardwalk are all fantastic. I say its not a resort because it is an HOA. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything you’d need and there was plenty of linens, bath towels, etc. The property was a fun place for our kids to enjoy. The boardwalk was a picturesque walk as you headed to/from the beach. The condo is nearby any conveniences you’d need. We’d stay again!」

「Great little condo exactly as described. Rooms are quite small but all we needed for a long weekend. Well stocked kitchen with coffee maker and Keurig. Beds were comfy, and towels were plush. Indoor pool and walking track were a plus as it was rainy and cool. There is also a great boardwalk through the marsh to access the beach. Love the special touches with waters and chocolates upon arrival. Only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains.」
