The place was easy to find and surrounded by lots of shopping. It wasn't far from all the attractions that Drumheller has to offer. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the food was cooked well and presented well. All around a great facility. I would highly recommend.

Neighborhood seems tired and worn, mind you that seems like Drumheller as a whole. Check in was great, room was also great. Breakfast was great too. Not a lot of family dining choices - ended up at Boston Pizza which is a bit pricey for bar food.

Great place to stay in Drumheller - clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Several places to eat within walking distance. Decent free breakfast included. Nice pool. Convenient (driving distance) to Tyrell Museum.

Check in was slow and the person was argumentative. When asked what cc paid with argued that it was different. Would not accept my spouses Id even though he was standing with me due to him being on the phone. Lost our booking while checking us in. Took over 20 minutes to check us in.

Our family loved our stay here! The pool was great, we just had to keep my 5year old close to the entrance as it quickly goes from 2.5 to 4 ft deep. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. It was conveniently located by Boston pizza so we could just walk over for dinner. Will be back !

I thought it was expensive for the quality, hot tub was out of service, lighting was poor throughout the hotel. I was a little nervous when checking in with the front desk personal. Had to follow up to receive a receipt for the stay.

We're sorry that you were not happy with the service provided to you. That is not typical with our establishment. Unfortunately when there is an accident in the pool or hot tub, we do have to close it down for maintenance and cleaning. We wish you all the best

My 4 year old son and I came for a dinosaur weekend and had a fantastic time. The hotel was just as, maybe more, exciting for him than seeing the dinosaurs at the museum. We loved the pool, and the waterslide is fantastic. The continental breakfast is great with lots of options. Picky kid approved! Our room was spacious and clean and all of the staff were friendly. There are also a few restaurant options in the same parking lot, so you don't have to drive to dinner. We'll definitely be back for another family stay.

Maybe I expected too much, but overall disappointing. Felt like pampering the old lady so we went with the honeymoon suite. The jacuzzi was nice, but kind of falling apart. There was something sticky spilled on the bed side table, the mirrors around the tub were smudged all over, and least important but worth mentioning, the television in the room was tiny. It's 2023. Why are there 50" TVs in the lobby displaying stupid slideshows that nobody gives a care about, when the flipping honeymoon suite has a 32" Samsung from 2009? Not very impressive. What really bugged me though was the refusal to allow me to check in early or checkout late. Like come on. I told her I would pay whatever to cover it, but without sympathy I was given a no. I'm a reasonable man, I've worked in hotels - it can be done. Especially for paying customers. This is literally the only hotel that has ever said no to that in my experience. Which is just super weak. I'm talking two hours early, and one hour late. "We don't do that" is what she said. I hesitate to call the staff "nice". Young guy with the tattoos is cool and helpful, but I recommend staying at the Super8. The people there are great, rooms are cleaner, and they'll accomodate you.
