Terrible just terrible, I already left an honest review mentioning my valid complaints. The manager said "nothing would make me happy" and lied how things were kept to avoid taking any accountability. She argued everything complaint I made and clearly fabricated counterpoints to each complaint. Clearly from the picture of the shower faucet you can see it doesn't even come close to the hot setting and it won't turn anymore. The toilet is loose and clearly improperly sized, all the renovations were unfinished, cheaply done and poor quality. We were only given 2 towels and 2 coffee pods for our 4 guests. The bed was terribly lumpy and the size of the rooms were much smaller than the misleading pictures. All in all terrible experience, especially when dealing with the manager who was very disrespectful. Be smart, go elsewhere.

A real hidden gem in Drummondville and great for us as a place to rest after a long road trip. The rooms are newly renovated and very nice and modern, with clear instructions given for everything. Audrey was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but there was a nice outdoor dining area we could use. It's great there's a hot tub and sauna as well. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded to a larger room, however our bed was never made, no clean towels, had to ask to have our floor cleaned one day out of the four we were there. We had to go & grab coffee pods & more soap daily. We had no housekeeping in our room & the motel needs a tremendous amount of work - quite rundown.

C'était bien pour une nuit, la chambre manquait un peu de propreté (poussière sur le contour de lit suspendu, on a retrouvé un bas dans le lit d'appoint (on l'a mentionné à la réception), le tapis d'entrée était trempé et quand on a voulu l'enlever il y avait beaucoup de saleté en dessous, donc nous l'avons laissé là. Sinon le service était super, rapide et courtois ! Et on a bien aimé le système de code reçu sans devoir faire le check-in (même si nous avons du apeller parce qu'il ne fonctionnait pas et on nous en a donné un autre) !

We loved the superior room. It was very spacious and definitely comfortable. Great seating area outside our room. The girl on the front desk was amazing. She directed us to a superb greek restaurant for dinner.

The property was clean but we requested the superior room with 3 beds for 3 men travelling. The room was extremely small and the third bed was a fold out chair. This was not large enough or comfortable for a man. It was also inconvenient not having a front desk maned by a person to talk with.

The motel is located a bit far away from restaurant and activities but there’s a small convenience store across the street and a bus stop near by. I’ve been there a couple of time and the room is always clean and fresh. Only one time the heater did not work so it was a bit cold but it got fixed the next morning! I’ll keep going there!
