Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Stay was fine, but had an issue when I was checking in. They couldn't find my reservation through Hotels.com and had to pay again for the same room. The issue got cleared the following day, but what if I hadn't the extra cash to pay for the night on the spot?? I'd have been stranded.
