“What a fantastic stay! I travel often for work, but this hotel really stood out. Clean, quiet, and with a surprisingly cozy atmosphere. The front desk team was helpful with everything from printing to restaurant bookings. Breakfast had everything I needed—protein, fresh fruit, good coffee. I also appreciated the eco-friendly touches like refillable toiletries and no single-use plastic. You can tell they care. Highly recommend for both business and leisure.”

“Das Hotel hatte alles was man braucht. Frühstück war kompakt, aber es gibt für jeden etwas, um satt zu werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anbindung ist perfekt. Man ist fußläufig, per Bus und per Transfer(Bolt) schnell an den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

“This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. Breakfast is spectacular, with the beautiful piano playing live. The location is perfect. There is an underground bridge nearby that leads you to where the good restaurants are. I really cannot say……

“City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Silver39 hotel in Tbilisi in June 2025. It’s clean, nicely located, and stuff is super friendly, also the rooftop terrace is quite nice. There are many great sightseeing places you can walk to from there. They make espresso drinks on site, but if you wake up early make sure to get some snacks ahead, as most eateries open after 10am only. I would recommend this hotel for your visit.”

“I booked Friendly Hotel for a friend—an elderly man with some health issues. The location was very convenient for me, and the price was excellent. But what truly stood out was the level of care and service the staff provided.
