Cosy place for big groups

Great property for big groups. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (between 3 and 9). The kitchen is very complete and spacious. 2 living areas, and plenty of beds.The outdoor area is very big so the kids can run free. And 3 minutes away from supermarkets.

Such a warm and inviting property, but let down by the overall dirtiness and maintenance required; several lights not working, ceiling fan not working, blocked drain pipes so flooding around the property when it rained, and a family room that stank of rising mildew. Hosts were pretty much non communicative, ignoring multiple messages regarding a bond refund-finally paid after 3weeks- overall neat and tidy and would stay again if someone else managed it and it and the fly screens were scrubbed.
