「We enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive to questions we had.」

「Quiet neighborhood」

「Super clean and host responses quickly!」

「I have booked vacation rentals all over the United States and even in Europe and have never felt like I absolutely had to leave a negative review but this property is the exception. Our family was pressed for time to attend a funeral or I would not have stayed in the house and canceled the booking. The listing of details of the house are outright lies. There are only four bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the hallway between the living area and the bedrooms. Contrary to the list there is only one...

「Nice area 」

「The host was super kind and had great communication. The property was very clean and super cute. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood will definitely be booking again」

「This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. 」

「Very clean and comfortable in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Wheelchair accessible!」

「Very nice place to stay」

「4 travelers and a very comfortable stay here. Has your basic kitchen tools and spices to make cooking simple meals a breeze.」

「Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very reasonable price. No full kitchen so plan for eating out or take out. We had a nice stay.」

「Everything was perfect. It was the most quiet and clean place we have stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and Larry was an exceptional host. We fully intend to stay here again the next time we are in the area.」

「I was really excited for this trip and to stay in a nice house, now I feel like I was scammed into getting this property through old pictures and good reviews that were inaccurate. The listing stated this house was close to Disneyland, it was an hour drive one way. The bathtubs didn't work, there was no way to run it and the plugs didn't plug them. This was not communicated in the listing, and I was looking forward to a nice soak after walking all day, even bought Epsom salt for a bath. The...

「Amazing host who was super responsive and willing to answer any questions we had . Comfortable home in a good neighborhood and convenient to the freeway in both directions. Will definitely stay here again .」
