After finally finding the place after 2 hours of searching, I left and checked into the Ramada next door. "

Extremely rude and not true, as I made the reservation 12 days earlier. I was left alone on the street at 3 a.m., with three suitcases and nowhere to go. "

"First of all, I will give this hotel 10/10 for their customer service. The staff ensures the guests feel at home. I will give a shout-out to Manager Noel, Guest servic- desk associate Mona Lisa, and Simon the bell man. They were very tremendous in assisting us during the Strikes of the gulf War. The ensure guests are well situated even for those who have run out of funds."
