"On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...

"We had an amazing stay at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Dubai. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the service was exceptional, and every member of staff made us feel so welcome. The concierge team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and were always there whenever we needed anything. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Room service was also 10/10, and the hotel had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made our holiday even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ferdi, Qamar, and Alo for their outstanding service. They truly made our stay memorable, and we’d also like to thank the rest of the Radisson Blu Waterfront Dubai team for their kindness and professionalism.
