Poor staff attitude on checking out
The attitude of staff on check-out process was poor. She kept on talking to telephone continuously and neglected me. I was standing in front of the counter for more than 10 minutes. Another staff handled my check out process later and her attitude was poor as well. I asked for the receipt of my deposit and she was reluctant to give me the print out.

Very good service and value for money.
Very good service and value for money. The room was kept very clean everyday and details were attended to. The staff were high friendly and efficient in all aspects, such as front desk staff, parking staff, housing keeping staff as well as the cafe staff. All of them provided very good and professional service to the guests. The gym equipment were kept in a very clean condition and the roof pool provides a very good view of the city and the skyline.The hotel is only a short drive to the airport and shuttle service is also provided to the airport and the city centre.

The property is very well maintained and almost all employees are very helpful (though I would argue some employees are more helpful and friendly than others). It is clear that that the hotel is intent on making sure guests have a pleasant experience during their stay. The bathroom showers are designed in a a way that may not be the best for shorter people or people with back problems. I believe the hotel should work to include bathrooms with shorter showers. Also it would've been nice if the hotel included a continental breakfast option.

Great hotel near old Dubai town - just across the channel. There is a cheap ferry for 2 AED. Not sure if this is the standard but we got an apartment with our booking. It was big with a lot of space. 2 toilets and a lot of storage. The airport is just few km away so it is convienient when you need to fly early. Great restaurant on 18th floor with beautiful views over Dubai skyline. Happy our drinks available for good price. There is a small pool on 13 floor but we didnt use it. Looked nice. The area is a mix of old and newer Dubai but still good and much cheaper than downtown or marina.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to help. The hotel was always clean and maintained very well. The location was quiet but able to get anyone easily by taxi. Food was always great. This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and would definitely go back again.

The service and staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was good and worth adding on the stay. The hotel and rooms were overall modern and clean. The only thing that needed a bit of an update and cleaning was the rug in the room.

Hotel ist relativ neu und für 109€ die Nacht auf jeden Fall gut. Lage ist im eher unattraktiven "alten Dubai". Man muss halt immer wohin fahren, wenn man was sehen/erleben will. Valet-Parken hat top funktioniert und war gratis. Hat eher einen Business-Flair. Pool hat bis 22:00 offen und einen tollen Blick auf die weit entfernte City, der war toll! Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert.
