Great hotel, rooms are large & clean. Amazing service from all the staff. The room attendants were really thorough and always make sure you have everything you need. The staff at the pool are great too! Location great. Only small downside is the lifts are a bit slow only 3 for 25 floors so can take a while for one to arrive / be empty.

This was our third time at a Rotana Hotel in Dubai. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was very good lots of choice. Very attentive staff. JB Gastropub amazing food. Will definitely return. Local area very nice with a great choice of restaurants and bars.

From check in to check out, the service from all the staff at the hotel was excellent. They were polite, friendly and very professional. Our room was cleaned by Furkan everyday and was immaculate. The health and wellbeing centre and the swimming pool was clean and in excellent condition. We also booked a massage at the hotel. We booked the breakfast for our stay and the variety of the intercontinental breakfast was excellent. The sea view room, along with the location of the hotel was great. Everything was either a walking distance or a short taxi if required. I will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Dubai.

Just back from a weeks stay the staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, especially Sabrina at breakfast ,Mohiuddin, Hasan and Sujin at the pool area they do the hotel proud looked after us great.Its a fabulous hotel great location.

This was our first time visiting Dubai, our journey from Canada took 24 hours but it was worth every minute of travelling time. The Amwaj Rotana hotel is exceptional. All the staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly, the property is beautiful and we will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Dubai.

Everythıngs was very nice,thenservice manager Moustafa and hıs team very friendly and caring,only the number of elevators need to be increased. Amazing view

Second time we stayed here. Excellent location. The view from our balcony was amazing, across to the Dubai Wheel and the Palm in the distance. Baseel on reception deserves a mention. Extremely polite and helpful. Definitely stay again.
