Great stay overall, excellent location and a very comfortable, well-maintained apartment.The only issue was logistics and lack of clear instructions. The access cards are required for elevators, basement parking access, and exiting the parking gate when leaving the property, yet guests are asked to leave the cards inside the apartment at check-out. This makes it unclear how to go down to the basement, access the car, and exit the parking without the card. We were also informed late that the door needed to remain open, so it closed with the cards inside, which created a problem for the cleaning team. Clear instructions provided in advance would easily avoid this situation.In addition, the request for passports for all guests was made in the lobby just before check-in. This should be communicated beforehand, as many travelers do not carry all passports with them at all times.With clearer communication on these points, the experience would be much smoother. Aside from this, everything else was very good and we enjoyed our stay.
