Near the airport
Although they had promised me the shuttle service, I ended up not using the service FROM and TO airport, as they only have one driver and always couldn't match my time schedule. Moreover, the door of my room had something wrong. However, the staff were really friendly and willing to help immediately. It was generally a nice stay there.

This is the worst hotel I’ve been in! Everything in the room is broken the sink was leaking water on the floor same with the bathtub also there was bugs on the bed! Disgusting never book this hotel

Ich war dort für 5 Tage hatte ein Nicht raucher zimmer. Das zimmer ansich war inordnung und es hat dort alles funktioniert (Klimaanlage/Tv) das Bett war schön groß und hab dort gut geschlafen. Die Nachttische waren von außen bisschen beschädigt aber anonsten wars gut die zimmer sind aufjedenfall groß genug für bis zu 2 personen. Das Badezimmer war auch schön groß allerdings die badewanne bisschen runtergekommen und nicht ganz so schön, funktioniert aber selbstverständlich top. Das bad hat zudem ein großen spiegel und einen föhnen Shampoo usw. Und man bekommt jeden tag neue Handtücher & wasser Flaschen. Was das Frühstück dort angeht ist die auswahl okay, es Gab Croissants, Toast, aufstriche, eine kaffeemaschine, und warme speisen zb hühnchenfilets. Zur lage, ich fand sie gut ca 5min von der metro entfernt von der man aus überall hinkommt. Mit dem taxi von Marina zum Hotel muss man mit 90-120 aed rechnen pro Fahrt.

It was good, friendly staff , cleaning staff was very good. Although there was problem with leaking toilet. But overall friendly and helping staff at reception & was a good experience.

Checked in my hotel on Friday the 24th around 4am ish. First thing I notice when me and my assistant got in the room was the smell of cigarettes and wet sheets. The toilet had popped satins, shower area was really disgusting, and floor was filthy, there were also bugs and cockroaches in the bedding area, phone wasn’t work, plus the tv. I also have pictures to provide. I’m highly disappointed about this hotel

Terrible hotel
Very bad experience with allergies because of cleanness of the room. Won't recommend. The mattress are terrible and sofa was dirty. However the only positive point they are willing to help you park your luggage.

Cleaning issue
The hotel location great , the staff so friendly but the hotel not clean with bad smell in the room , dirty carpet with insects in the wall and bed , the furniture old but all work well , the heating system not work just fan , the security door locks broken , for me the wifi speed good if I need to rate the hotel I give maximum 2 star from 5

Nach ZWEImaligem Zimmerwechsel und Kontakt mit dem Manager (was gar nicht so leicht war) ein halbwegs erträgliches Zimmer (bezugen auf Sauberkeit, Funktion der Einrichtung und halbwegs erträglichen Abnutzungsgrad der Möbel/ Einrichtung) mit einem "neuen" Teppich bekommen, wo im Bad zumindest versucht wurde, es barrierefrei zu gestalten, wenn auch da noch viel Luft nach oben war, grade was die Sicherheit betrifft... Die "Krönung" des Ganzen war das Frühstück, wo es gemnau EINE Sorte Wurst (die standart arabische Truthahn-Lyoner), EINE Sorte Köäse (so eine Art Cheddar), EINE Sorte Marmelade und EINEN Fruchtjoghurt gab. Ansonsten eine Mini-Auswahl an Indischem Essen (Überwürzte Bratkartoffeln, undefinierba angemachte Würstchen und so eine Art Humus. "Abgerundet" wurde das Ganze mit genau zwei Sorten Cerialien (Schoko-Pops und Cornflakes). Alleine um eine Tasse Kalte Milch zu bekomen, musste ich mich intensiv zwei tage darum Kümmern. Der "Kaffee", wenn man die überzuckerte Brühe überhaupt sao nennen kann (nur Fertig-Instatpulver aus dem Automaten) war kaum genießbar. Billig-O-Saft aus dem Tetrapack und sage und schreibe 2x Apfelsaft in über einer Woche gabs dann noch als Goodie on Top. Es gab weder Brötchen, noch Brot - lediglich Toast und zuckersüße Mini-Croissants. Wie sao ein Haus unter 4**** geführt werden kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. Wir waren alleine 3x in 2022 in Dubai, isngesamt 6x - das war mit abstand das bisher schlechteste Mal !
