Après une certaine déception d'1 lit king size 1 lit 1 personne pour nous 4, d'une salle de bain vraiment sommaire et d'une vue mer sur des immeubles en construction...nous nous sommes très vite retrouvés à ne faire que des éloges sur cet hôtel. La chambre était vraiment agréable (nous avions rapprochés les lits pour plus de confort), la vue le soir du balcon exceptionnelle, l'espace piscine gigantesque (avec accès à plusieurs piscines des hôtels d'à côté faisant partie du même complexe hôtelier.) Le service vraiment génial ! Ma fille fêtait ses 12 ans et a eu droit à une belle surprise en bord de piscine par l'équipe des barmans (gâteau, smoothie et chanson) le soir au restaurant. La mer est accessoire en quelque mètres et les garçons de plage sont aux petits soins. La nourriture excellente vraiment. Le petit-déjeuner du Méridien gigantesque...le meilleur de tous ceux déjà goûtés ! Un choix énorme et un service des boissons à table. Le parc aquatique fait beaucoup plus petit que sur la photo du site mais sincèrement suffisant avec 2 ados. Les attractions proposées leurs a suffit. Hôtel situé à 10/15 min de la marina de dubai à pieds...emplacement exceptionnel ! La vue depuis la plage le soir est à couper le souffle !Franchement un hôtel que nous recommandons et dans lequel nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à tout le personnel d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme rare.

Our stay on the 10th floor afforded us truly breathtaking views. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, and what truly stood out was the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor activities offered by both the W and the Westin hotels. Breakfast was consistently excellent, and the staff's service went above and beyond, always greeting us warmly. There were ample sunbeds and facilities by the pools. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, with a tram station conveniently located across the road, providing easy access to Dubai Marina shopping areas and connections to the Metro for exploring the entirety of Dubai. The location was ideal, and transportation was readily available via taxis and Uber. This is definitely a must-stay, especially for families with kids. Special thanks to Imtiaz in and around the pool and beach area and staff at the breakfast area.

Le Méridien Mina Seyahi is a fantastic hotel & resort. I had a brilliant week here with outstanding service, great dining options and arguably one of the best All Inclusive packages I’ve ever experienced. The construction work taking place nearby in the marina is not ideal but the weather, service & facilities more than take that away.

The pictures make a big deal of the waterpark which in fact was quite dirty and run down. We didn’t use it. For a 5 star we expected an indoor pool and pool table etc but the property didn’t have one. I was expecting a sea view room but was told that Expedia did not specify this and was asked to pay extra for a sea view room on arrival. Breakfast was nice but a bit pricey at £20 each per day. There was nothing else outside the hotel to choose from so had to pay £100 a day for breakfast for a family of 5. Otherwise a nice hotel but not really a 5 star.

Staff was absolutely brilliant! Very attentative and nothing was a problem. Upgrade our deluxe room to a suite and it was worth every penny. Food & drinks were all top quality and choice of pools or beach loungers were always plenty. Very nice part of Dubai to stay as it very easy to access other areas of Dubai from. Great kids club and waterpark on site for the kids. Felt a great sense of peace and calm which is what a holiday is for.

A nice property that has been renovated. Water Park is a great addition and this property is great for young families. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade (separate shower for example rather than standard shower head in bath currently available) staff were fantastic & friendly. Pool areas & beach areas are very good and location is superb especially for transport links (tram/metro)

The staff are brilliant and so accommodating! The hotel is brilliant, we have two small children and they’ve loved the pools, the food and the room is great. Brilliant being able to access the pools and the Westin.

the concierge service and the Crew of the Top Bar was very nice and helpful. I liked the pool area which was nice having access to all 3 Hotels. I did not understand why my son 14&16 need an adult to play pool. This was the only thing they was to do in the hotel for teenagers and only accessible with adults? this is not solved very good. When I arrived at 00.10 am the spare beds were not done, the hair dryer was not in the room. For a 5* Hotel I expect to have a room ready when I arrive at midnight. All together was a nice stay

This is a great hotel, the staff were great and the facilities were amazing. Only negative was the noise coming from the bar next door. It's insanely loud on the weekend. Staff tried really hard to help us.

Average.
First of all, we reserved on hotels.com superior rooms sea view and we got smaller rooms because of a mix up with the site. The breakfast is average, the room we got was small and old. The bathroom had a 70cm bathtub with a glass that made it almost completely unusable. All the pools were old and dirty, even in the Westin next door. The slide park was average and out of the 4 days we spent there, in 2 of them the big slides were closed for more then half of the day. In the back they were doing some renovations on the terrace and that made it unusable for the entire period we were there. There is a club right next to the hotel and the music was loud till' the early hours of the morning, even with the door closed.

The AI package that allowed a la Carte in 11 restaurants was outstanding. Many of the staff provided outstanding service, from their hearts. As most aren’t paid well, are away from their homes and work incredibly hard, we make a point of engaging with them. They love being respected and reciprocate with a real personalised service.
