Worst hotel appartment

I was not at all happy with the hospitality I got there. Free breakfast was served only for 2 persons having a room capacity of 60 plus rooms. No wonder it was horrible. Coffee they served was with the spoiled milk. No hot water facility also,tidy rooms. There are other options like holiday inn and city seasons. You can have your stay there

Moon Valley hotel beoordeling

Ligging was niet perfect, maar daar was de prijs ook naar. Verder is alles in dubai makkelijk per Taxi of metro te bereiken. Wel grote kamer met ruime bedden inclusief keukenblok maar er was niets van de invertarislijst in keuken aanwezig! Alleen een koekenpan en 3 lepels. Wat moet je daarmee zonder kookplaat? Uitzicht was een drama, je keek de achterkant van een gebouw met ramen waar de was hing een daaronder werd vuil gedumpt. We hebben het gordijn maar dicht gelaten. 2 badhanddoeken maar geen handdoek bij wastafel. Verder in het hotel een penetrante geur. Ontbijt was niet te eten, 's morgens frites of soort van mie is niet ons ding, Verder alleen brood met rooster met alleen jam-kuipjes als beleg. Cornflakes zonder melk? Koffie was mix tussen koffie,thee en melk met suiker. niet te doen! Je moest vooraf betalen incl touristenbelasting, daarna je paspoort afgeven. Toen ik een dag later terugvroeg moest ik opnieuw touristenbelasting betalen.. Na protesteren was dit ineens niet meer nodig! Personeel is wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Appartamento datato, puzzava di fumo anche se era non fumatori. Inizialmente sporco ma poi hanno rimediato. Cucina con pochissimi utensili. L'Hotel è in ottima posizione a 100 metri dalla metro e dal supermercato. Personale disponibile e attento a cui mando un saluto. Discreto rapporto qualità-prezzo

Hyfsat hotell med lägenheter kök mm. Nära metron och köpcentra. Fungerar bra som utgångsläge om man inte vill vara nära stranden varje dag. Mycket filippinska och indiska matställen i närheten. Samt lägre priser i varuhusen och restauranger än i centrum.

Share my wonderful experience at Moon Valley Dubai

Good welcome at the main entrance and at the reception by the manager Mr. Nirmal & also met Mr. Saleem (another manager at diferent shift) Staff was nice and friendly. Coffee table in our sitting room had two legs broken, don't want to mention what happened but first aid was supplied and table was replaced after 18 hours Clean rooms, shining bathrooms and nice kitchen but lacked utensils like cooking pots and sauce pans. Room service was brilliant as apartment was cleaned daily at 10:30 am. Ceaners & porters expect to be tipped but I suggest since they work so hard and look after you well, there is no harm in tipping them. Restaurant for breakfast was massive with plenty of chairs and tables. Breakfat menu was not bad, was ok for me but my wife loved it.

Never Again ! I've been here before 2 years ago, it was better then... Now.. 1. Most un courteous staff ever 2. Swimming pool on rooftop was full of bird s**t and yes, a Dead Bird nearby !! The caretaker was washing his legs inside 3. Rooms full of smell and filth 4. Cutlery was not clean at all and when we complained the staff argued about it ! 5. Electric stove was dirty and not working 6. I couldn't complain less about staff, they made us feel as if we didn't pay for hotel ! 7. No respect or manners of talking... I couldn't be less angry while writing this 8. Rooms were badly lit.. no brightness whatsoever 9. Front desk guy, terrible .. he hated his job ! You can easily get a better at same price in this locality !

Hotel op 10 minuten lopen van oude stad

Het is een gedateerd hotel. De bedden waren fantastisch. Wij sliepen in het Appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Het ontbijt wat we inclusief hadden was prima. Je kunt hier eten tussen half 8 en 10 uur. We hebben een prima verblijf hier gehad. Wel was het jammer dat je voor WIFI moest betalen. een euro voor 3 uur of zes voor 24 uur. Dit hadden ze beter in de prijs van de hotelkamer kunnen verwerken. Beneden in de lobby zit een bedrijfje waar je goedkoper kaartjes kunt kopen voor de grotere bezienswaardigheden en attracties, Dit kun je zeker doen, echter je kunt hier alleen contant betalen. De ATM zit direct buiten om de hoek dus dat is geen groot punt. De man loopt dan weg en binnen half uur heb je de kaartjes in je handen of brengt hij het naar je hotelkamer. Zwembad boven op het dak is 's middags tussen half 1 en half 4 dicht. Het is niet groot maar voor de rest prima. Je hotel ligt wel midden in het bussiness centrum, hierdoor is de ligging misschien iets minder, maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar. Auto hebben we gratis mogen parkeren in de eigen parkeergarage van het hotel, welke je met je kamersleutelcreditkaart kon openen. We kregen overigens maar 1 kamersleutelcreditkaart. Misschien als we erom hadden gevraagd hadden we een 2e gekregen, maar we zijn altijd wel gewent om er 2 te krijgen. Kortom prima Hotel, Gedateerd, Goede prijs, vriendelijk personeel, goede parkeer mogelijkheid. Een hotel om enkele nachten te verblijven. Wij hebben hier 5 nachten geslapen. Prima

Nice Hotel in Central Location

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Burjuman Metro station so it was easy to get to World Trade Center where I attended a business conference. Burjuman Center is located near the hotel and contains a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarket. The hotel room had a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, living room and kitchenette, that contained a sink, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, clothes washer and cookware, plates, cups and utensils. Housekeeping kept the room clean and stocked with towels and bath items. Although one bedroom, the space could have easily accommodated a family with children. I included breakfast in the reservation. (Served daily: 7:30 to 10:30 am). The items offered were satisfying and included some Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, in addition to regular items such as bread, eggs, muffins and fruit. This saved the expense of one meal and was the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. The Picardo restaurant is across the street from the hotel and offered a dinner buffet for 20 dirhams (approximately 5.50 U.S. dollars). The hotel has an exercise room, pool and other amenities, but my schedule did not allow me to utilize these areas. The television only had 2 channels that were broadcast in English. Check-in process was slow and while waiting, a hotel guest complained about the hotel WiFi service. Not the fanciest hotel but it should meet and satisfy the needs of most travelers.

Never Again

The room was not what I was expecting they had no stove, the washer was on the third floor and you had to go to the roof to dry your clothes. They had limited utensils, the cups look like something from a child's tea party.overall I was very disappointed with the living conditions the only reason why I didn't check out is because i didn't want the hassle of not getting back a full refund. the only good thing about the hotel is it's location.
