Friendly & attentive staff, always had smiles on their faces. Very welcoming from check in to check out. Musa & Joseline took great care of us during breakfast & throughout the day. All the staff at Jones the grocer were great as well, especially Alex. I would definitely recommend staying at Radisson Red Dubai Silicon Oasis

The property location is very quiet while there are still things to do. The staff especially was very polite and accommodating. Shalina at the front desk was a gem. The concierge staff was awry and helpful. I would stay here again.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to the hotel. I loved everything! I highly recommend Radisson Red for its cozy rooms, friendly staff especially Shirline so helpfuland and amazing asset to the company , serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

The hotel is fine, but the guests are noisy. There were issues with the hot water, I was burning, so they sent maintenance to my room. I got the same issue on the next day. The personnel is very polite, they assist your needs, they care. The breakfast is great, lot of options, the personnel is fantastic.

Beware, scammy hidden charges

I booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Apartment is advertised as suitable for 4 adults. Checkin went smoothly but when i reached the room, there was only a double bed. Upon calling the reception i was i formed that i need to pay 100 AED per day for each extra bed that i need. I told them the booking is for 4 humans and 4 beds should be included but they did not budge and forced me to pay extra for something which should have been included in the booking. And all this at 2:30 am with two kids. Stay away from these scammers, there are better local hotels and serviced apartments in the vicinity.
