Very disappointing stay. The service was poor, and the reception staff were especially unhelpful. During a time when many tourists were stranded and needed guidance or support, the staff showed little empathy and no willingness to assist.
The room maintenance was also poor, with leaky sinks and toilet issues.
Overall, the lack of support from reception and poor upkeep made the experience frustrating. The hotel seriously needs to improve staff responsiveness and basic maintenance standards.
