Very courteous staff and helping people. Amrit and Hasan were especially nice. Hamid at the front desk directed us to the right places to eat and dine. Joy at the Tour desk gave us the excellent tips. Would recommend this hotel to anyone i know.

Worst place ive ever stayed in. I was eligible for an upgrade in room but was told that there was no room available but when i checked online there were many rooms available. The guy at the front counter was rude and did not care to accommodate me. He said he could upgrade my room for an additional fee but i have available upgrade being a gold member. The rooms are disgusting. Housekeeping does not mop the floors. I found spots and hair all over the floor. Bathtub is very small and good luck with getting hot water to shower. They dont refill toiletries unless you constantly ask. Rooms are not sound proof as stated. I heard a baby crying all night and drilling of walls. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are super outdated and dirty. Stains everywhere. Dont stay here. Trust me The manager named Osama is not friendly or helpful in any way. He treats his guests with no respect. I dont know how they gave him this position. I felt like he did not care at all. Ive stayed at many high end hotels and resorts and i usually never complain but thsi experience at Ramada made me want to inform anyone trying to book here. You will be disappointed.

3.5 Not 4 stars - Needs improvement
The hotel overall is good Pros Open sushi bar at good price in Dubai Location Friendly staff Loved the low background on going music :) The mens salon Cons Room service staff need to take shower first before they step into guests rooms for service and cleaning. (They smell and the room become bad smell right after they finish their job and leave) Very small gym Pool is not clean Prices shooted up by more than double right on my check out day. The in room sleepers they provide for free are kids sleepers !!! (Very small size) In room.TV is not smart and connected to outside dish SAT !! Unsure how in 2023 and 4 stars hotel still uae very old screens. You can't even cast any from mobile or laptop

We have arrived earlier then the exacted check in time, although we have informed throughout the email the property, but still waited and paid extra for the early check in, We have asked the receptionist to provide us room with carpet, but we have been told that, the only room available with wooden floor. Then front house staff remove us from the room was in 7th floor to the 6th floor, it’s because we told them that, this is our 10th wadding anvirsalary. Staff who moved us to new room saying this is one our best room with bolcany, although we did not need room with bolcany. Once we have spent the night there, room was stink of paint even the corridor. Went next morning downstairs to the front house desk, told them about it. But no one even care. Anyway, later we found that they allocated us in one of the interconnect room. We as couple had experience

Vi havde nogle problemer med en taxa chauffør hvorefter personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme, og sørgede for, at vi var okay efter. Derudover sørgede de for vi kom godt til lufthavnen. Literally disgustingly dirty room as soon as we arrived. I had high expectations as usually a 4* hotel in dubai is pretty decent! This was beyond a joke. Literally leaking floor, the room stank, and carpet had not even been vacuumed!!! Disgraceful. Website also stated indoor pool and sauna - both did not exist and when i mentioned it to the staff they said ‘oh thats not our website’ but clearly it was and they said they would ensure to have those removed from the site. Avoid this hotel at all costs, much better options for a 4*!!! Please don't ignore this review this is your warning now to avoid staying here honestly

Fantastic
I cannot find fault with any aspect of the hotel experience. Great room, great housekeeping, fantastic breakfast, good gym, great pool and sunbathing area. Staff, including tour manager, were fantastic.
