Excellent hotel; friendly staff.

Excellent property. I needed something with a kitchenette, and this served the bill perfectly. Decent store is just 1.5 blocks away, on the waterfront. Housecleaner was just excellent too. Just 1/2 block from the Metro as well. Strongly recommend.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, they made sure everything is going fine and contacted me few times to check on my stay, the cleaning staff at level 3 was amazing, good quality of service, they had even decorated my room and made it special for me . I am a regular traveler and I found this property very clean and a good place for a holiday.

I had a great Stay at Suha Park. TH ebuilding is new and fresh, and accomodation value for money is second to none. If you're travelling for business, need to be fairly central to all of Dubai, situated in a relatively quiet location, with plenty of space to work in your hotel room, I can't recommend Suha Park enough. The rooftop pool is an added bonus.

When I arrived to the hotel at midnight, they told me there were some issues with my room. Therefore they had to accommodate me in their neighbor hotel. Positives: - They offered a quick resolution, and it caused a slight inconvenience. - The alternative hotel was close (Suha Creek), hotel paid the taxi costs - Location is good Negatives: - No communication beforehand about the room issue - Suha Creek was OK, but I wouldn’t return: bedsheets didn’t feel clean, someone tried to come in my room with card (and the card opened my room), overall the building is poor quality with poor noise insulation (in case your neighbors are loud, you will not sleep)

The place is very nice and all the staffs are super friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay with this place again. Everything was wonderful! Just two tiny little complaints, there is a huge construction going on across the street, it was a bit noisy Also the breakfast didn’t have any meat. Other than these two things, perfect!

Otel konumu,temizliği ve düzeni mükemmeldi.Fakat Sauna ve Buhar odası her zaman soğuk ve girmek istediğinizde görevliden açmasını istiyorsunuz ve ısınmasını bekliyorsunuz.Koridorlarda çok ağır yemek kokusu vardı.Ama geri kalan herseyden çok memnun kaldık.

Great location. Great service and staff

Overall, a wonderful stay. The staff were always so friendly and Karina, at the Front desk was always such a pleasure to speak with regarding any concerns or questions we had. We stayed for 14 nights. She would make sure we were always happy and was always willing to go above and beyond to suit our needs. The breakfast is not a buffet like the mins Rashid apartment location so that was a bit disappointing. The breakfast choice is brought to your door.

terrible breakfast. the buffet is not ready and the food being served instead is cheaper than what is served for prisoners. the fruits were spoiled and terrible quality for other stuff. your better off ordering food from outside and it will end up costing less

Dobry hotel, duzy apartament z anexem kuchennym. Codzienne sprzątanie. Widok na Burj Khalifa. Stacja metro naprzeciwko hotelu. Śniadania dieta pudełkowa, umiarkowanie dobre. W pobliżu dobra tania lokalna restauracja. Trochę daleko do centrum ale stacja metra to niweluje.

Exceeded expectations

This is a very well-run facility. It was quite convenient to stay in an apartment-style accommodation, equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, as opposed to a traditional hotel room. At the same time, the regular housekeeping, building amenities, and concierge functioned like a well-run hotel. The facility is also very close to a metro station. I would stay here again.

Good stay, breakfast could have been better

Good hotel in a convenient location with free parking garage. Nice place if you rent a car to explore Dubai. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was a big disappointment though, got every morning a box with very simple and low quality breakfast. Hotel should have communicated this more clearly upfront as we expected a breakfast buffet based on the description.

كانت الاقامه جيده ومريحه باستثناء الازعاج المباني المجاوره قيد الانشاء وعدم وجود شامبو شور جل عند استلام الغرفه وحمام السباحه كانت درجه المياه بارده وعندما كلمت المسؤله عن المسبح لتغير درجه الحراره لم تتجاوب لطلبي وعدم مقدرتي باستعمال المسبح والمشكله الثانيه طلبت التاخير في وقت الخروج قبل ابيوم ردت علي الموظفه الاستقبال سوف اعمل هلا طلبك اليوم الثاني اتفاجا بالخروج الساعه 1 ظهرا معني وصلت الفندق قريب السعه 4 عصرا بحجه الفندق مزحوم فخرجت من الفندق الساعه 2ظهرا وعدمتعاون موظفه الاستقبال بعض الشي والفطور لم يكن بالمستوي المطلوب بارد وفقير جدا

Mattress full of urine

Our stay was absolutely horrible. She bed sheets had a really bad smell and I later on discovered that the mattress I was sleeping was stained with urine. This place should be shut down. I filed a complaint and nothing was done. Also the rook with full of mosquitoes.
