A desk and chair provide a convenient spot for light work or planning your day, complemented by room-darkening shades to ease into restful mornings or early nights. Clothing storage, bed linens, and an iron are provided for added comfort.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen designed for everyday use gives you the option to prepare meals at your own pace. The dining table sits beside the living area, allowing you to enjoy relaxed meals or take a moment before heading out. After exploring the city, the living area with its sofa and TV offers an easy place to settle in.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials, offering a simple, comfortable space to refresh.

The building includes elevator access and a single level home layout with no stairs in the home. Guests can make use of the pool, gym, and free parking garage on the premises. Long term stays are allowed, and a crib is available on request. This is a pet-friendly space, and an AED 300 cleaning fee applies for pets. Assistance animals are always allowed. The host greets you upon arrival.

This unit is pet-friendly. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, specifying the type and size, so we can ensure the unit is suitable for both you and your companion. Please note that if you choose to bring your pet, an additional AED 300 cleaning fee applies to ensure the home is thoroughly deep-cleaned and perfectly prepared for our next guest.



Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet our obligations with the Tourism Authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check-in form (in the confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow you in

2- register your stay with tourism authorities



The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check-out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
