Location is good, near by subway and bus terminal, lots of souvenir shops for cheap $, but every night very loud music from 22:00-3:00-4:00 am in the restaurant/ club from lobby or second floor.

Hotel was not clean specially the bathroom had bugs all over the floor. I had to request the bed sheets to be changed the moment I entered the room because the sheets had hair all over. Breakfast was free but breakfast place was super chaotic with no place to sit down. Breakfast was free but food was horrible. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel ever again.

Bad experience, don’t waste your time
It was a horrible experience. First when checking in there was another family doing so, and the receptionist was also busy with trying to change someones room as they were having issues too as we overheard. So we did not have the receptionists full attention, and she was not super friendly to start with. I have been to many hotels and it was not the same type of experience. They also had super loud music as they have an exotic club there too( there’s a big display board right when you enter the hotel). We still felt we would give the hotel as shot as maybe the room would be a more pleasant experience. The room itself was decently clean so we thought, but there were flies swarming near the toilet and while sitting on the bed one bug bit me. The water did not run hot, we let the tap run for 10 minutes then called the lobby. They sent someone who let it run for another 15 minutes until it got hot. Hot water should not take 25-30 minutes to get.. the shower tiles were also not cleaned properly. We then went back to the lobby to check out (only 3 hours after checking in) the hotel manager kept insisting we had to pay one full night even though there were many FLAWS with the room which forced us to leave. After 30 minutes of arguing we were forced to pay for our 3 hour bad experience, wasted our evening and we just flew in and were tired. We ended up checking into another hotel immediately. Will never come back again or recommend to anyone. Not worth the hassle or money saved.

The staff were polite and helpful. The room was mostly clean but I saw some stains on the bed. The room had a bad smell which was very off putting. There is a very loud club downstairs so there was a lot of noise.

Has a greet experience, the hotel is in an amazing location, cross Emirates bus station is less than 50 meters from the hotel, Metro station is less than 100 meters, Mall is less than 100 meters, corniche and Marine transport station is 5 minutes, a Museum is less than 100 meters. Staff are friendly, hotel and rooms are extremely clean. My only note is that the bed is a little bit shote if you are more than 1.8 meter in hight Generally, I loved it!!

I booked a non smoking room but my room smelled like someone just smoked in there before i went in. The check in was slow and the elevators aren't air conditioned. The staff was very polite and helpful and i appreciate that. The room was clean and tidy. I was disappointed however by the dirty windows. I paid for the view but the windows were so dirty that I could not see anything

Arrived at the hotel to a room with dirty sheets. Asked for them to be changed which they were, with more dirty sheets. Hairs & stains on the bed sheets. Location is not ideal. Staff at reception are not helpful

The location is in the centre, so its very busy streets all the way around. The cleanness of the hotel was not the best, upon check in, I found hair on the bathroom floor and overall bed condition was not the cleanest.

There are two bad points: 1/ The cleaning service is slow and they didn't finish cleaning early. 2/ The food is repeated every day and the restaurant is crowded. And food ends from time to time and must be patient and wait for more.

Very noisy with the tiles on the alleyway. Even if i asked for a quiet room and got a bad view i thought at least i can sleep well. But the guests are too noisy and the lack of carpets make it so loud.and the last couple of days smoking in my floor.

An average hotel not worth visiting again
The property is new. Only 3 months old. But the lobby is a joke. It’s like an apartment building that was converted to a hotel. The staff for check In is limited and hence it was a real delay. The small lobby is really crowded due to the limited space and if covid spreads again, that lobby can be a super spreader since it’s impossible to social distance. I doubt I’ll be visiting again unless it’s the last property available. But access to metro and basic cheap shopping and food is available around due to the locality. Expect some unfriendly people around.

Crowded inside and out
Newer building but poorly maintained rooms and not well cleaned. Reception was crowded and checkin took 30 minutes. Booked Sea view room which was misleading as it had view of buildings with some Dubai Abra view in horizon. No onsite parking and even paid parking was hard to find due to its location within meena bazar.

The hotel was good in general, however, the staff at the receiption were not as helpful as they should be, moreover , i was trying to contact the hotel for many times to check early check in availability but no one answered my several calls so I thought the booking was fake and there is no hotel at all.
