"The building was under construction for the duration of the stay. Had to walk past a man with a power saw to get in and out. That's understandable; however it was not disclosed. Things that were disclosed (i.e a safe in the room) weren't accurate. The window opens up about twenty degrees. Maybe 4 inches to a roof covered in bird poo and the smell of the mechanical devices outside. The only ventilation that you'll have for your stay. For me, the shower flooded, and when a piece of the drain floated up, it was covered in mold. The aesthetics will look nothing like the photos online. Like, not even a bad job, a true "we don't care". I really do think that anyone booking here will be disappointed at least, and probably, pretty upset. I wanted to find the sunny side... There just wasn't one."

"First off I booked a four bed female dorm. Right off the bat told that wasn't available even though I paid an upcharge for it. Which was never refunded. Second off I stayed for 6 days and had to move because they didn't have a place for me to stay for 6 consistent days. Third off they double charged me I had prepaid my cost but when I checked in they charged me again which was refunded 4 days later. Washer and dryers don't work even though they charge you almost $10 each to use. The best part of this whole hostel is the convenience of the location. I make the best of every situation but I would never stay in this hostel again. Everything was an upcharge."

"The property was in a great location and the public areas were fine. The rooms definitely need some updating, perhaps new rugs or laminate flooring. The bathroom was clean but had a very strong odor that seemed to improve after a couple of days."

"Wonderful hotel for 3-night stay in Dublin. Great location in Temple Bar area, walkable to everything, nice bar, fantastic breakfast offerings and friendly helpful staff. Quirky decor, love the animated portraits. Would definitely stay here again!"

"That hotel was perfect for our family! We loved the location and being in the center of everything. The pub next to it was really fun and the food was good. The staff was really friendly and helpful and they breakfast was really good and fresh. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We would chose it again!"
