Comfortable apartment block "Baggot Rath", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Dublin, in a quiet position, 1.5 km from the beach. House maid weekly on request (extra). Parking (extra). Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 400 m, bar 1 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Landsdowne Road (DART)" 250 m, sandy beach "Sandymount Beach" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
3-room apartment 92 m2. Comfortable and modern furnishings: open large living/dining room with dining table and cable TV. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Heating. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
