讚好：客房舒適度
不滿：整潔度和職員與服務
The hotel is already relatively "modern" if you compare it with other hotels nearby. The single room and bed are small and old, but comfortable.
Unfortunately, there was a spider in my room, which was totally unacceptable. I was advised by the receptionist that it was her first time to hear that and I should take a photo (if I did, I would upload this photo together with my comment). I literally gave a call to the receptionist and it took 15 minutes for her to come to my room, and it took another 15 minutes for her to bring another male staff here (because both of us were afraid of it and it disappeared while waiting... well the male staff told me "Good Luck"). They said that the spider might come in when I opened the window - it brought us two interesting questions: 1. The spider is without wings and it is impossible for it to fly 2. The room was super hot and no cooling machine (except heaters), so that opening the window is the only option, Yet, I would like to express my gratitude to her for changing another room for me.
I stayed at the double room for the first day and another single room for the remaining days. The double room was much more modern - basically all furniture except the bathroom was new. Anyway, shampoo and toilet papers were insufficient and I needed to go down to pick up on my own.
I believe the management team should pay more attention to the staff management and hygienic issues - hire more staffs instead of leaving one at the reception.
