Not recommended at all

Very bad beds in our family room and toilet flushing was also no good. Very simple breakfast, canned fruits, toast, cearer, milk, coffee and tea.

Bel endroit pour une escale aéroport

Excellent séjour, grande chambre avec baignoire et kitchenette. Calme, jardin superbe, horaires de petit déjeuner pratiques. Service livraison de repas disponible. Pas de stress, de la gentillesse, bien sûr la maison est ancienne avec ses défauts mais des rénovations sont en cours. Le bus 41 ou un taxi, autour de 10 euros, relient à l'aéroport en 10 mn. Quand on repassera par Dublin on reviendra à Glenmore House !

I have stayed here quite a few times and find it to be just perfect for a night over before early morning flights and this time I was not disappointed. Would have liked a little better check-in since we weren't told how to work the heat and lights (insert room card into wall register.) and we fumbled about a bit. Would have like additional duvet since the room was quite chilly but... "we are fully booked and don't have one available." What? No surplus bedding. Very odd. Regardless, I'll continue to stay there again in the lovely setting that is the Glenmore House.

Wederom hebben we een geweldig verblijf gehad in glenmore house. Dit is al een keer of 3 dat we hier verblijven en we zijn super tevreden. De prijs is zeer goedkoop en dit keer hadden we een grote kamer, beetje een studio met eigen keuken, badkamer en een gezellige zithoek in de kamer. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er was een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het complex bevindt zich vlakbij de luchthaven en in de buurt is er een groot shopping center, bovendien is er goede aansluiting naar Dublin city. Een topper!

We were traveling from Turkey to UK so had to isolate in the hotel for 10 days. The staff were extremely helpful, even moved us to a bigger room with its own kitchen. They provided takeaway numbers and menus and Al the plates and cutlery we needed. Breakfast was very basic but we could get bread, butter, milk, tea/coffee for use in our kitchen rather than sitting in the restaurant. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable but during these difficult times for the hotel industry they were able to give us a very pleasant stay

I acknowledge I was forced to choose a 3-star due to the prices for my dates of travel, but even 3 stars have to reach certain cleanliness standards, especially during these times of heightened hygiene protocols. My room was tidy, but smelled bad and was not clean; the bathroom floor and toilet base was filthy with long, black hairs everywhere. The staff were untrustworthy and unprofessional. Check-in time was 4 pm. When you book, you just need a credit card to secure the reservation but you are free to pay at the property. I was really annoyed to arrive at the B B around 5.30 pm, and he had already charged another card. Very cheeky. That put me off. Signs everywhere saying masks must be worn in communal areas, but staff did not. Wifi was spotty and only worked well near reception. No phone in the room, so you have to go downstairs to ask a question. Worst of all, something of value was taken from my room. I don’t believe it was the chambremaid since they leave early in the day. I would advise any guest to stay elsewhere. It is close to the airport - a twenty minute walk - but honesty and cleanliness are more important than convenience.

Lovely stay

Very charming place only 30min walk from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet. Had the best 11-hour sleep.

Looks good in the photos, but this place is run down. It is furnished from second hand shops used furniture stores, estate auctions etc. Much of the continental breakfast consisted of pre-wrapped junk food similar to Twinkies. Heat was turned off in the middle of the night even though it was close to freezing. Cold water turned on full, but the hot water reduced to a trickle. Not good value for money

Actually I haven’t stayed here — yet— because my flight from USA was cancelled earlier due to Covid19 restrictions— I couldn’t cancel my prepaid/nonrefundable booking, but I am praising the Glenmore House proprietors for allowing me a voucher to use within a year.
