The room smelled awful, like bad sewage from when I arrived, the restaurant is OUTSIDE of the hotel and there is a surcharge for room service because of it. The front desk was unpleasant upon arrival however the manager was very kind and accommodating after

NYX Dublin Christchurch was perfectly located for a visit to Ireland. My wife and I did so much in the city and everything was in walking distance of the hotel. Loved the breakfast every morning in the hotel as well. Also if you plan to have a car for travels outside the city during your stay the Q-park Christchurch was only a three minute walk away and I was able to book for the week and come and go as I pleased. Will probably choose this hotel again on any future visits to Dublin.

Great room. Clean and modern. Enough plugs and USB outlets for my partner and i to recharge all of our device's. Even had 1 USA standard plug on the desk. You can control lights,TV and heating through the TV remote. Touch pads near entrance and besides for lighting and heat as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Christ church a block away and The Temple bar was 3 blocks away. Dublin was great. When we go back will stay here again without hesitation.

Staff were excellent, attentive and went the extra mile to make my wifes birthday special. We were checked into a great room with friendly staff. We phoned reception a couple of times for tea and coffee refills which were brought immediately, including a request for fresh milk. We were very impressed with this hotel, quality and location. We would definitely stay again.

I couldn’t recommend NYX more highly. Our stay was absolutely faultless and the hotel is decorated beautifully with such a lovely vibe throughout. We arrived at 10:30 and our room was ready which was a great surprise considering it was so much earlier than check-in. We were surprised further with a lovely birthday card and chocolate in the room. The staff were brilliant - there was a great man on breakfast and I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind, friendly and really stood out throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the meats particularly were great quality. We had such a wonderful stay and going back to such a lovey hotel made our time in Dublin absolutely fabulous - we didn’t want to go home.

Room was clean and the rock and roll theme was pretty cool. Easy in and easy out would reccomend staying here. Location is central enough and even though I didn’t explore much I could tell if I stayed longer the location would have come in handy.
