The property was in excellent location for dinning options and plenty of gas options. The hotel was decent, only complaint I had was the smell of smoke that came from our room. I went to the store and purchased multiple items to try and help with the smell. It muted it some but not completely. It's highly not suggested to sleep on pull out bed. Very uncomfortable. Staff was great

It smelled clean but we had to kill a roach in our room. The towels had hair from other people still attached. They came into our room after the first night and made the beds, moved our clothing, and our bathroom items. It almost looked as if they went through our things. I had to pay another 30 dollars when I arrived.

With the exception of one young lady working the front desk when I arrived, this was by far the most unpleasant stay I have ever had in my life. This property was an absolute disaster! There was a kids baseball tournament in town, and these kids ran the halls, screaming, slamming doors, until after 1 am! I called front desk and the man working there told me that “they can’t tell guests how to behave”. What the heck??? The “adults”, and I use that term loosely, took the entire lobby and lounge over until the wee hours of the morning and allowed their children to run, scream, jump and play in the entrance way and lobby, hindering any other guests from entering and leaving safely. Are you kidding me? In the morning I couldn’t even get close to the “free breakfast”. They literally consumed everything except the chairs. No other guests could eat. The next day I left the property all day hoping for a better second evening but returned to what sounded like 5 horses in the room above mine, the smell of marijuana permeating from the room next to me, along with constant slamming doors, loud conversations, and what sounds like 4 or 5 kids banging on the walls. I just can’t. Add to that what appears to be blood on the bathroom wall, a toilet that didn’t ever completely flush, an unpainted and what appears to be a mildewed wall above the ac unit. THIS is not acceptable on any level. Trust me when I say..STAY somewhere else where there is actually management that manages the property.

While there, plenty of construction workers staying. Hallways at night and early morning very dirty as a result. Also, bathtub faucet constantly trickling. Noisy enough that I had to shut the bathroom door at night. Informed front desk twice, but was never repaired by the end of my week-long stay. Other than switching from sausage to bacon day to day, breakfast food choices never varied. No oatmeal or waffles.

It was fine for check in and sleep. Awoke to roaches and no hot water. Desk clerk did not apologize, asked if I reported it night before, and said she couldn’t give discount on a prepaid reservation. All this for $179.

The front lady was not the friendliest person. When I would talk to her she would rush me and acted like holding a conversation was an inconvenience. There were chips on the floor of our room. I could tell they are trying to make the property look better since they were painting.

Location is just fine. Facility is in need of updating. The room was dark. Bathroom repairs looked like patch work, and poorly done at that. Light bulbs were out in two places in the room. Furniture was dark, beat up and badly out of date. Just seemed like nobody was taking care of a very easy-to-get to hotel, in a very good location. Lots of competition around it (Hampton, Fairfield and two new ones under construction).Better step up their game and do it quickly!

Hotel was nice. It was very nice for dog friendly- Wld have given higher rating if front desk staff was friendlier but wasn’t at all. Room was clean and spacious.

The room was very clean and accommodating. The tub was peeling and the ac unit in the room wasn’t adjusting properly so it was a very cold night. Other than that, I had no issues. Thanks for a great stay
