I booked this apartment for a long weekend getaway with my sisters. We initially reserved the apartment in Parnell Street, but because my sisters arrived from the US at 6 am in the morning, Hotels.com staff assisted me in contacting the property and arranging an early arrival. They moved us to an apartment in O'Connell street which has an even better location. The access is easier, as the key is inside a locker and they sent us the code. We were able to access the apartment earlier.
It's a small but clean and confortable place. We were on the third floor. For those traveling with heavy luggage or have physical limitations, please be aware that there's no elevator. The apartment is small, so it feels a bit crowded when lots of luggage is placed on the floor. I suggest to the property managers to instal some hooks next to the door to hang coats. It was not ideal to just place winter clothes on the chairs or table. There's also a mirror placed way too high up in the wall. Unless you're a woman over 1.80 m, it's impossible to use the mirror to do any makeup while the bathroom is being used. I hope these suggestions are useful.
Finally, it seems there are several people managing the property, so we didn't get the same information. When I arrived in Dublin, one guy on the phone told me I couldn't check in until after 4 pm (really late!) while a very helpful lady sorted this situation out for us and saved us from walking around Dublin with luggage and jet-lag for 8 hours.

Endroit près de tout. Vraiment très bien comme endroit
The property was nice and clean, but different to what was seen in pictures. There was a lot of noise at night from outside and extractor fans from nearby businesses.
Perfect stay!! Location was ideal and apartment was great. Well maintained and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely book again.
Only small negative was poor instructions on how to check in given on the confirmation email. The telephone number provided was no longer in service. Hotels.com sorted this very quickly.
I loved the location of the apartment. It was walking distance to everything. Good quiet location. Good restaurants close by. Shops were all around. Nice to have a little convenience store right next door. Easy check in at nearby hotel. Very clean modern apartment. Was very pleased with my choice. Would highly recommend it.
The property was finished to a very high standard, with everything needed for your stay eg iron, hair dryer etc.. great location. Check in details were a little tricky, maybe email out these details the day before. Once called, check in was quick and friendly. The property has to be one of the best in Dublin and I’ve stayed in quite a few. Will defo return.

Great location. Good for families. Ideally placed to get around Dublin and visit all the sites. Used the Dublin Pass. Apartment was comfortable with three bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. Slightly noisey as right on top of Parnell Street. Though Dublin is known for its vibrant atmosphere. Always tired at end of each day because of how much we packed in. Would consider returning. 👍
We had to call Expedia to find out where to get the keys to the apartment no instructions were available from either parties. The agent (not Irish) was very unhelpful. The location was next to a busy bar and 2 doors down from the very large busy,Holiday Inn, why could the agent not describe it so. I cannot recommend this place. No windows in the
living area, very stuffy. For over $500.00 I expected something better. We stayed at 6 different hotels through Expedia on this one vacation. In Ireland and Spain I should add, this was the only terrible one.
location of the agent was this scruffy scary looking area. Just a blank door behind a very busy bus stop. Then the instructions from the agent were ridiculous, when all he had to describe the location as 2 doors down from the very large Holiday Inn. No windows in the living area and very stuffy. Again the location of the apartment its self was just a blank door. Very frustrating especially anyone arriving late at night in late or without the savy of Google maps and young adults with them as I had.
I did all my booking with Expedia in Ireland and Spain, this was the worst ever. I do not believe i have ever complained either. Do not recommend. Very upsetting.
Tidy well equipped modern apartment, very close to main transport links for the city and a short walk to temple bar (15mins). It’s on the 5th floor so not suitable for low mobility, and is above a loud bar and so if light sleeper also not ideal, but if your plan is to go out and enjoy the evening entertainment yourself it likely won’t bother you too much. Check in is at the gate hotel/pub next door, this is not made obvious when booking at all, able to leave luggage and check in any time
