reception service is very slow. I need to call more than 5 times and just have someone to pick up the phone. No hair dryer in room and someone came to see after 20min after calling. And then still cannot provide hair dryer. WIFI is often disconnected.

Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles toll aus. Die Zimmer sind jedoch alt und sehr abgenutzt. Lüftung bzw. Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und bringt gar nichts. Bei 17 Grad Aussentemperatur betrug die Temperatur in beiden Zimmern 26,7 Grad… Matratzen waren durchgelegen und Bettwäsche fleckig. Zimmer sind mit Teppichboden ausgestattet, der ist schmutzig und abgenutzt. Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist sehr fragwürdig. Man ist zu Fuß zwar überall dicht dran, aber nach 18 Uhr sollte man nicht mehr raus.

The Address is a great hotel with a lot of the high-class features. Electronic locks and fancy touchpad light switches, bathrobes, automatic curtain, and all the hotel lounges, restaurant, bar, and spa were fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and very prepared for any question. When we needed help with luggage or information, they were always quick to give a solution. Will definitely suggest this location, and we would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is accessible and is within walking distance to major tourist attraction. The bed wa comfy and love the floor! We had our breakfast at the cellar a well. It’s worth the price , good choices and convenience. Staff and personnel were courteous and are helpful During our stay👍. We lucked out to find this place. We chose it for the location near the train station. The hotel is very modern and beautifully decorated. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Slept great here.
