“This property is a bit dated, and you can tell it was glamorous back in its day. Still, though, it looks like they're making upgrades and I hope someone pours in some money to make it really pop again. Having said this, the staff at the front desk were fantastic, breakfast was plentiful and good, and the indoor pool and bayside garden areas were lovely. “The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“We are staying with our 4 kittens(persians) for 1 night, and we enjoyed a very good experience in the hotel. They are very helpful to drop off our luggages even its not timecready to check in. And they all loves cats, made my kittens feel so comfortable once landed. Their breakfast is wonderful, they all served by heart, we appreciate very much for our stay.”
