「This was a great place to get away from the hustle of life! There is a Dollar General about 15 minutes away but the nearest Walmart is over 30 minutes. We got to experience the free ferry but they are putting in a bridge very shortly. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a peacock that my son named Kevin! Kevin seemed to enjoy the sounds of my son’s guitar, watching us play pool and just keeping an eye on us. Unfortunately, he took off the second day and we missed him the rest of our stay....

「The She Shed was great. Cozy little spot. Stayed for three nights and slept great. The hosts we're awesome: helpful and hospitable. The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot. Glamping is where it's at.」

「We had a nice stay. We were there to attend other events so not in the cabin much but while there it’s only tv entertainment in the bedroom. We had a delay in checking in. My fault for not Printing or doing a screen capture of the check in instructions. The Wi-Fi listed in the instructions is not the same as the actual login posted inside the cabin, so we sat in the driveway, unable to get a signal or Wi-Fi to get the access code until we received a cell signal. 「This is an amazing home with loads of outside space. The house is very well equipped with anything you might need. Very kid and dog friendly. The hosts were extremely responsive. The only issue we had was very high water making it difficult to launch our boat on the lake. We ended up at the state park marina, which ended up being a great experience. We highly recommend Mikes at Sulphur Creek Marina!」
