「There is construction now into summer 2026 in the plaza shown in photos outside of the front of the building. Very loud and it starts early. We weren't made aware of this prior to check-in although it was known, that didn't feel great. Good location and safe otherwise.」

「There are so many positives about this property. First priority for my family and I is space - we were in apartment 2 and this property had everything we needed (2 bedrooms, kitchen and living space, a balcony and even a second toilet room) - and AC (we were there in a heat wave). The host and property manager were amazing and so responsive even providing recommendations for tours (I highly recommend the 3 Islands provider they use). There is a supermarket very close by and 2 major bus lines...

「The villa is just 10 minutes walking to Cavtat center. Room was cleaned as well as the pool. They provide towels for sauna and pool. Only note the pool opens at 9am and closes at 7 pm . We would have liked to stay for long especially considering that during the day we wanted to visit dubrovnik or the islands. Also in the room there were no free coffee or tea to be used with the provided kettle neither in the comunal kitchen. As an overall it was a nice experience.」

「We experienced that the room met our expectations and was clean and new upon arrival. The location was good in old town, but still we didn't experience any annoying sound during the stay. If you have mobility problem, it could be good to know that no elevator is availability. We did not experience the lack of elevator as a problem however.」
