Great communication with detailed instructions of how to enter the property. The location of the apartment was amazing it’s right in the middle of everywhere and anywhere you need to be. The apartment was very cozy and comfort with everything I could possibly need in there.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Checkin was a mess, I didn’t receive information the day prior so called and then the service wasn’t able to locate my reservation, this added a lot of stress having to communicate with hotels.com to help coordinate. They eventually found it and the checkin was better after that. Great location but there wasn’t any basic supplies provided, no shampoo or conditioner, dish soap was out even.
