We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys ages 15 and 13) and we stayed 3 nights in the Dubrovnik apartment in late June. We thought the apartment was very nice. The view was beautiful, the wifi worked well, and it was relatively large, well-appointed, and centrally located. There are a few things that anyone staying there should be aware of. One is that there was no microwave, even though the Expedia listing said there was. Driving and parking access are tricky - the apartment is located on a very narrow, dead-end street and there is effectively nowhere to park except for paid lots maybe a 10 minute walk away. We stayed during a heat wave and the apartment was very hot and stuff when we arrived. The AC unit controls did not make sense to us, and it took a few hours before the apartment cooled down. Once it was cooled, it was very bc comfortable but our first couple hours were not comfortable, and since the AC controls seemed finicky we were scared to touch the settings. And while the apartment is relatively close to the old city and beaches, it was still at least a 15 minute walk to get to those attractions. But overall we enjoyed our stay there and thought it apartment was more or less as advertised and - perhaps most importantly - and excellent value.
