Set in a quiet street, in the center of the Old Town, this renovated town house is only a few minutes walking distance from all the important attractions, restaurants, events and night life.



The apartment spreads across three floors. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area with table for 4, a single bedroom and a toilet with a shower. Sliding doors separate the bedroom from the dining area. The first floor consists of one bedroom with double bed (160cm x 200cm), living room and toilet with shower. The second floor consists of one room with a kitchenette, a double bed (140cm x 200cm), a sofa bed which can accommodate up to two extra guests and a toilet with a shower.



Amenities include: fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, Sat TV, Wi-Fi, A/C (first and second floors only), fan, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a clothes drying rack.



The apartment is located in the Old Town within easy access to restaurants, shops and the main street Stradun. The famous Banje beach is only 500 meters away, while the Old Port with a boat connection to the island of Lokrum is within a few minutes walking distance. This property is ideal for those who wish to be near the center with everything it has to offer. Please note that the stairs in the apartment might not be child friendly.



Hedera A11 can accommodate up to 5 (+2*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 30 € per person per night.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

NOTE: Breakfast served at nearby restaurant is included in the price. Guests will receive vouchers at the check in.



*In response to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
