A wonderful family-friendly hotel with something for everyone. Great pools for kids and adults, an indoor pool, direct beach access, and fun entertainment areas for children. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. Perfect for families with kids!

The property is great. Awesome value for a 3-star property. I guess if they included little touches in the room - like bath/shower products, nice towels, complementary water etc., it would be a 4-star. Overall - a great property for the price; staff are great and the area has so much to offer within a short walk.

We had a room in annex building. It was perfect. The balcony was facing the sea and we could see a beautiful sunset. The food was superb both breakfast and dinner. Very good location with plenty of cafe and restaurants outdoor and indoor, live music in the evening. We took a tour to the Islands with pick up in just 5 minutes from hotel at Mlini harbor. Highly recommend.

It's a great hotel and in a great location. It was a shame that meal times could have done with some improvement. The buffet itself was satisfactory but it was hotel's attempts to maximise profit out of its customers that was disappointing. They provide drinking water at breakfast time but in the evenings if you wanted water with your meal you had to pay more than 5 euros for a medium sized bottle. This can get quite expensive for a family. The staff were kind. And the pool staff were kind enough to give us some suncream after we lost ours. On the whole we had a great time.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very professional and helpful. They ensured that our delayed baggage was secured once it arrived while we were on a day tour. The staff also moved our luggage to our new room after we extended our stay and needed to switch rooms, because we were on a different tour. The breakfast was very delicious with many varieties of food to choose from depending on your taste as well as culture. The beach there is a little small, but the views are amazing! There are several choices for eating, both on property and within very close walking distances. The property has a great pool/pool area suitable for kids as well as adults. There is a gaming area for kids of all ages; including adults. If there is one small negative it would be that the room was a bit on the small side to accommodate my wife, adult daughter and me for being a triple occupancy room. Other than that, it was very clean and everything worked without any issues.

We arrived early and left our luggage in storage to head down to the beach. When we checked in we realised we’d probably ended up with the best room in the hotel! We were right at the front, top floor. We had a view of the whole bay and the terrace balcony was huge. We had two rooms, one main and one with large sofa bed, a bathroom and a second toilet. It was very clean and the staff kept the room spotless. The beds were comfy. And the views were so beautiful. The pool never got very crowded and there wasn’t a mass rush for sun beds. As long as you got up reasonably early you got one or you went later in the day and the afternoon had plenty spare. The beach was literally at the end of the hotel and you could walk all around the bay if you had the energy. The barman during the day was so friendly and attentive. He went out of his way to give great service. And the reception staff were helpful. Would definitely like to return.

Great location. We had to pay for the beach beds although it's the hotel's beach. Checkout is at 10 which is too early. They charged €20 euros for two extra hours. (first they asked for €20 per hour). Breakfast was average.

Beautiful location, rooms were a little on the small side and with only limited storage for a week away. Breakfast was good - regularly filled up and lots of choice. Pool areas was nice and although we never had a problem getting 4 chairs together later in the day I did see others struggling and imagine it can get quite busy in peak season. Fantastic staff and facilities in kids club. Ate at beach bar and pizza restaurant that are part of the hotel and both were excellent. Cleaning staff were good and efficient. Main lobby bar was a bit souless. Very well geared up for kids. I would definitely go back to this resort and hotel. I last visited Dubrovnik area 20 years ago and whilst it is a beautiful place - I think Game of Thrones and too many cruise passengers disembarking has spoiled the atmosphere. It is very expensive.

Amazing stay in April

Friendly staff, modern renovated design is very nice particularly the pool and spa area. Room was super clean and tidy, with an amazing balcony view from the annex. The beach and Mlini area are lovely and all close by.

Great stay!

Stayed here for 10 nights. The staff were very friendly and had good English. We were given clean towels everyday and beds were made daily. Mlini was stunning, nice to stay a short distance outside the busyness of Dubrovnik old town. It was about 12-25€ for an Uber into the old town, depending on the time. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!
